We are nearly done with pruning for the year!  We are just finishing off the top block of Riesling and then cracking open some sparkling to celebrate.  The Riesling takes a little longer than the other vines as we cane prune it.  This helps to control the vigor and improves the grape quality.  Let me know what you think about the music ( I composed it myself).  Sarah
