2009 SANGIOVESE                                   

A light, tasty, easy drinking red wine, that like most cool climate varieties has some lovely spicy aromas together with black cherry and raspberry flavours.  Perfect for those looking for a different variety.

An easy drinking red, you can pick up some berry and cherry flavours mixed with spice and cedar wood which was developed as it was aged in French oak.

2009 CABERNET MERLOT

This blend ensures a well rounded wine.  It has a nice maturity without being overborne by oak flavours and will go well with red meat, strong cheeses and crusty bread.

2009 SHIRAZ

The Canberra district is known for its cool climate Shiraz with hints of pepper, spice, currents and plums.  This Shiraz is true to the cool climate style.

2009 CHARDONNAY

There is no oak in this Chardonnay and it is fruity and delicious.  Perfect for a light lunch or fish and white meats.  It is a drink now wine, but could be cellared for three to five years.

The crisp citrus flavours, grapefruit nose and hints of complex minerality in this Riesling will win you over.  It is delicious.

2010 ZEPHYR RED

This ‘Beaujolais Nouveau’ inspired style is a light, food friendly, easy drinking wine.  Made from Shiraz grapes this wine is perfect for drinking now.  Best served slightly chilled.
