Join us as a kitchen team leader

If you have managed a small team or have experience working in a kitchen contact us about a role as a kitchen team leader. Your role would involve preparing and cooking wood-fired pizzas, managing the kitchen and mentoring and training junior team members. Experience with pizzas or wood-fired ovens is not required.

Position: Kitchen team leader

Location: Four Winds Vineyard cellar door, Murrumbateman (30min drive from Canberra)

Role type: Part-time, weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the kitchen operations during lunch service, ensuring high standards of food quality and handling
• Prepare and cook pizzas in our wood-fired oven, maintaining consistency
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.

We are regularly looking for friendly people who are over 18 years of age with a current NSW RSA to join our team.
We are conveniently located just a short drive from Canberra’s CBD. With no prior wine knowledge needed, flexible working arrangements and reimbursement of your NSW RSA after 6 months of employment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
