Can I change my subscription preferences?
You can change your subscription volume, wine preference and/or frequency at any time by logging into your account at fourwindsvineyard.com.au or calling us.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is free for all wine club member shipments.
When will I be charged?
There is nothing to pay on the day you sign up to the wine club. We will charge your card one day prior to dispatching your shipment. In order to ensure prompt delivery, please advise Four Winds Vineyard or any changes to payment methods as soon as possible.
Can I update my own details?
Yes, you can manage all your detail through your account at fourwindsvineyard.com.au
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes, you can skip a delivery by logging into your account at fourwindsvineyard.com.au and selecting ‘skip delivery’ button.
What happens if my card fails?
We will hold your wine club shipment and contact you to let you know that the card has failed. We will try to charge your over the next two weeks, if this is unsuccessful the order will be archived.
Does Four Winds Vineyard store my credit card details?
No, we use a professional third party to store all credit card information.
How do I access my discount on the Four Winds Vineyard website?
When you login you will automatically see your wine club discount applied to the products across the site.
