“Pretty talc-like and blossom perfume with lemon/lime and crunch of Granny Smith apple. There’s maybe just a kiss of sweetness, but the energy, the focus, and juicy apple flavour is compelling. A fine chalky texture, and nervy tang on a long tight finish is the icing on the cake. Excellent.”
