Winemaking Services

Kyeema is the winemaking arm of the Four Winds Vineyard business and is an established grape grower and wine maker in the Canberra District specialising in creating premium wines. As a contract winemaking service, Kyeema provides an opportunity for wineries to collaborate and outsource the wine production process allowing a seamless transition from vine to bottle.

Winemaking services include:

• Pre-harvest fruit analysis
• Consultation on wine style
• All fruit processing
• Routine laboratory analysis and additions
• Barrel storage for contract duration
• Finished wine analysis prior to bottling
• Complete documentation of all processing as required

Grape Sales

Wine grapes are available for sale from the Four Winds and Kyeema vineyards. Any volumes quoted are a best estimate and cannot be confirmed until the grapes are harvested for the 2024 vintage. There is a one-tonne minimum on grape sales.

• Riesling
• Chardonnay
• Viognier
• Shiraz
• Cabernet
• Merlot
