New Shiraz Rose Gin available

We started looking into gin in 2020 when we made the Riesling gin. We enjoyed the process so much that Shiraz Rosé gin felt like a natural progression. 

We teamed up with Lucid Distilling and made this gin using the distinctive botanicals that mimic the characteristics of Shiraz Rosé. Pink peppercorns, rose petal syrup and blackcurrant complement the Shiraz wine that was distilled as part of the final product. It is light, refreshing and has a lovely softness on the palate. 

Matched with your favourite tonic it is the perfect drink for warm, summer afternoons. This is a hand-crafted, single batch gin and may have some change of colour or slight sediment over time.
